​We offer competitive fixed pricing or per m² quotes based on your project. Some jobs Air Conditioner Steam Cleaning, Pressure and Window Cleaning, Soft Washing etc (like large driveways or patios) are eligible for flat rates.

Every job is unique, and so is our pricing. We tailor each quote based on surface type, access, condition, and scope of work — whether it's a private property, school, or commercial premises.

 

We can often provide accurate pricing from photos or Google Maps, saving you time and a site visit.

Q: Do you invoice directly to Centacare or my plan manager?
A: Yes, we invoice Centacare directly. For other plan managers, we can email invoices upon request.

Q: Can I book you again next year?
A: Absolutely! We offer annual reminders or can leave a card with our contact details.

Q: How do you clean windows & how long does it take?
A: Exterior: we use a low pressure cleaner to rinse the outside of the Windows, we then use a sheep skin mop with detergent and clean them, we then rinse them off with the pressure cleaner. This cleans the screens, the frames and flushes out the weep holes. Usually it cleans the glass behind the screens as well.

Interior: We use a mop and squeegee. We are respectful of you floor coverings, furniture and decor.

Time Exterior: For a single story standard four bedroom two bathroom house it usually takes 1-1.5 hours for two people. Time it takes can be affected by access to the Windows and how dirty the windows are, whether the screens are external or internal.

We are very efficient and attempt to get as much done as we can in the allocated time. If you are able- or someone is available to assist, you can assist by opening the blinds and removing and moving objects that enable access. ​

Q: How do you pressure driveways and paths & how long does it take?

A: We use electric or petrol pressure cleaners Depending on size and surface) that are suitable for driveways and pathways with surfaces such as pebble-crete. The pressure we use will not damage your surface. These machines are also relatively quiet and water efficient. We recommend applying a chemical wash afterwards to remove and prevent mould accumulation. This leaves are much nicer finish as it gets into all the grooves and cracks, etc.

Q: How do you clean air conditioners & how long does it take?

A: We hang a bag under the unit and remove the filters and vacuum and treat these with an anti-mold solution. We treat the cooling fins in the top of the unit with an anti-moulds solution and then steam clean. We treat the interior where the barrel fan blows the air out with anti-mould solution and steam clean. We treat the casing with anti bacterial solution, including the lift up cover, directional fins and louvres and then steam clean everything. We inspect the exterior motor cooling fins and rinse if they are dusty. Exterior motor and control components are sealed and do not need to be cleaned.

Q: What is the standard funding for NDIS participants?

A: It depends what package you're on. Age care clients often receive $200 towards their cleaning needs. For most standard four bedroom two bathroom houses this covers exterior or interior window cleaning (depending on access, size types of windows and how dirty they are. Standard driveway and side or front pathway pressure cleaning.

Clients on other packages often receive $400 towards their cleaning needs. For most standard four bedroom two bathroom houses this covers exterior and interior window cleaning, and standard driveway and side and rear pathways.  It would usually cover a standard size patios as well.

Q: Can I get additional work done at the same time?

A: Yes, of course. If there's something minor that needs doing, we will usually include that and no further cost. If you need more extended work, we can give you a competitive quote while we're there. Often it is cheaper to get it done at the same time as we do not have to allow for travel and organisation.

Q: How can I pay you for additional work?

A: We except all via credit card or cash.

Q: Will I receive a receipt for my payment, if not fully covered by aged care support or NDIS?

A: yes you will receive a handwritten receipt when making payment. An official invoice can be sent later if required.
